Popup-cafe was lucky to have Kokoa Collections’s Paul Eagles deliver training in how to serve his delicious hot chocolate which is specially sourced from origin and made with real chocolate! Popup-cafe staff JJ Hazan, Adrian Fan and Ryan Whichart perfected the art of making delicious Hot Chocolate as well as smooth Mochas. The white choccy Mocha using the White chocolate and vanilla was just sublime. Kokoa Collection recently won the Gold Award at the Lunch! trade show and are now making a real splash in the cafe market. Just right for Winter…

Popup-Cafe staff are being trained by Kokoa Collection‘s Paul Eagles in the expert making of his fantastic Hot Chocolate, which is sourced from origin and made with real chocolate! 70% organic chocolate from Peru with the options of sweetening it with white chocolate with vanilla or flavoured sugars such as Orange & Cinnamon and even Chilli. YUM.
